Sanderling Waldorf School OPEN ENROLLMENT 2024 - 2025
Open Enrollment for the 2024 - 2025 is now available and we eagerly await to share the Sanderling Waldorf School experience with new and returning families in the upcoming school year!
Here are the steps in admissions towards enrollment:
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A TOUR
You are warmly invited to join us at one of our ongoing tours. This is an ideal way to experience the Sanderling Waldorf School environment as well as have your questions answered about Waldorf education. For 2024-2025 enrollment, we recommend to have completed a tour by mid March 2024.
STEP 2: APPLY
When you are ready to take the next step, simply complete an online application, accessible by, first, creating your parent portal account in our parent database. Our admissions team will send you the link to create your portal. This is also where you can pay the $75 application fee (per child) via credit card or eCheck. For 2024-2025 enrollment, we recommend to have applications submitted between early February and mid March 2024.
STEP 3: INTERVIEW WITH SANDERLING TEACHERS
Shortly after you submit your child's application for the Kindergarten or Grades program, the class teacher will contact you to set up an interview to meet you and your child(ren).
For admission to the Grades program, trial days will be scheduled for him or her following the interview. This is an opportunity for your child to participate with the class for several days of school. After a prospective student completes the trial days, the faculty makes a collaborative decision on his or her enrollment.
STEP 4: ACCEPTANCE & ENROLL
Newly applying families will be notified of the admissions decision and enrollment deadline within approximately one week after the family interview for Early Childhood applicants and approximately one week after trial days for Grades applicants.
