Annual Giving
2023 Annual Giving Campaign
A tree provides protection, nourishment, and beauty - many of the qualities that we all value in our Waldorf education experience. This year’s Sanderling Waldorf annual giving tree signifies the strong established roots of our school and community. The growth of the tree is nourished by the water of your support. Each gift this year will be represented as a leaf that will be placed on our giving tree.
The Annual Giving Campaign is the largest and most important of the school’s fundraising efforts. Our school is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, enabling us to structure our financial support to allow families to contribute via a tax-exempt gift. We are grateful to our supportive community and inspired by the deepening philanthropic culture at our school.
Shop with Raise Right
Hundreds of popular merchants participate in the Raise Right program, in which they donate a portion of purchases to a designated charity or non-profit, in this case, us! Take a look to see if any places you regularly shop are taking part in the Raise Right program - this way, you can donate to our school via the shopping you already do. For everyday expenses like groceries, gas, clothing, travel, lodging, and entertainment - your family can purchase E-gift cards. There are several ways to raise money by purchasing items and shopping at stores you already frequent — it’s so easy and FREE.
This program can be used by every member of our community, including parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends. If you have a business, you can use these programs to purchase business supplies, too. Here is how to sign up for Raise Right:
