WALDORF WAYS. A film by Swish Projects for The Waldorf School of San Diego.
This film created is glowing representation of how Waldorf education is reflected in students and graduates.
As written by The Waldorf School of San Diego:
‘The film explores the Waldorf education system through the lens of 3 notable alumni, detailing the real-world application of some of the values and skills they learned during their Waldorf tenures. Viewers gain insight into the holistic approach to education, which emphasizes creativity, imagination, and hands-on learning.
Through Waldorf alumni Ed Duncan, Mattel VP of Toy Design and Invention, multi-disciplinary artist Julian Klincewicz, and Waldorf educator Joy Itiola, the documentary series aims to inspire and inform audiences about the transformative power of Waldorf education in nurturing well-rounded individuals.
To help contextualize the thoughts of of these interviews, we lean on three pillars of Waldorf education: The Head (Thinking), The Heart (Feeling), and The Hands (Willing). ‘
