Our admissions office accepts Nursery/Kindergarten and Grades applications on a rolling basis year-round, with applications for immediate placement subject to availability. (Parent-Child enrollment information is also available.)
The following steps comprise the application and enrollment process:
1. Attend A Windows Into Waldorf Tour
You are warmly invited to join us at one of our ongoing Windows Into Waldorf Classroom Observation Days. These are the best opportunities to meet school teachers and families, experience what goes on in the classroom, and have your questions answered. An RSVP is required for these adults-only events. We strongly encourage prospective parents to attend at least one of our tours, as they offer the most well-rounded view into our school community. Register for a Tour
2. Submit An Application
You may download an application by clicking the button below. All applications must be completed in full and include the $75 application fee. (Nursery/Kindergarten and Grades programs only)
Shortly after you submit your child's application for the Nursery/Kindergarten or Grades program, our enrollment director will contact you to set up an interview with the class teachers to meet you and your child. Newly applying Nursery/Kindergarten families will be notified of the admissions decision and enrollment deadline within approximately one week of the family interview (for midyear enrollment); for new fall enrollment during the spring interview sessions, families will be notified by mid-May.
4. Visit Week (Grades Only)
If your child is applying mid-year for admission to the Grades program, a visit week will be scheduled for him or her following the interview. This is an opportunity for your child to participate with the class for several days of school. After a prospective student completes the visit week, the faculty makes a collaborative decision on his or her enrollment. (This decision-making process may take several weeks.)
All admissions decisions are made by the faculty. Upon acceptance and enrollment, a nonrefundable registration fee, supply fee and 10 percent tuition deposit are due.
